 House of Poles, LLC Policies & Procedures ____________________________________________________ - ·All participants MUST be 18 years of age or older.
- ALL participants MUST register in advance to attend a class. You may register online, by email or by phone. In order to manage class sizes, we prefer that you register 24 hours in advance. However, you may call for same day class participation. If any availability remains, then you will be able to register for that class.
- In order to secure your class reservations, we recommend that participants register and pay for class online. You can also make payment at the studio. Priority for classes will be given to participants who have pre-paid, as this seems to limit the number of no-shows or last minute cancellations.
- Payment is due BEFORE you participate in any class.
- Walk-ins are not advised because we WILL NOT over book a class since we want to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all of our participants.
- Please arrive early for your scheduled class.
- Please be courteous and provide us with notice of your cancellation as soon as possible (preferably 24 hours in advance). Insufficient notice of a class cancellation prevents us from giving your canceled reservation to another participant and we would like to accommodate the class requests of all our participants as much as possible.
- For all classes involving use of the pole, please DO NOT wear ANY lotions, oils or body creams. These items make it nearly impossible to grip the pole properly and are a severe safety hazard for all participants. Also, please remove all jewelry that may scratch or damage the pole before class (this includes rings, watches, and bracelets).
- The Monthly Package includes all classes and allows you to take up to two classes per week during the course of your scheduled month. This PACKAGE begins at the start of your first scheduled class unless otherwise specified.
- To prevent class cancellations, a three person minium is required to facilitate all class.
