Pole Dance Fitness! 
 
It’s addictive! Pole dance fitness is an empowering and provocative class that will engage every muscle in your body. Pole Dancing incorporates many types of dance, such as ballet, jazz and hip-hop.  Pole Dancing also utilizes similar techniques used in gymnastics.  The fitness benefits include increased cardiovascular fitness, body toning, increased flexibility and muscle strengthening. 
 
In this class you will learn to unleash your inner diva by learning floor moves, and transitions that encompass both sexy and graceful body movements.  In addition to this, our classes will teach you to combine pole spins and inverts in a safe and effective manner so you can showcase your talents and express yourself through this very challenging and creative form of dance. 
 
*Due to the platinum stage poles used by the House of Poles, there is a  per person maximum weight restriction of 250 pounds (The weight restriction is for Pole Fitness classes only).

The monthly pole package allows you to take up to two classes per week. THE MONTHLY PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE WORKSHOPS OR SPECIAL SEMINARS. The monthly package expires 30 days from the start of your first scheduled class unless otherwise specified.

NO MORE CRUNCHES LADIES! ABSolute Belly Dancing is a phenomenal workout!  Learn isolations, while you really tone your core. We recommend adding a beautiful hip scarf to enhance your experience!

Video Hip Hop!        
 
Get ready for a crazy cardio workout while dancing to the hottest hits. This high energy class focuses on amazing choreography. Come learn some of the latest moves – those video vixens will have nothing on you!!

Put that flower in your hair senorita! This Latin fusion of samba, cha cha, salsa and more creates a dynamic and exciting fitness system!

Striptease Aerobics!
 
Striptease Aerobics incorporates a combination of strength, flexibility and dance moves set to music that helps you to release your inner diva! This class is for all sizes and fitness levels and is designed to burn fat, tone the hips, thighs and butt and build a strong core by strengthening the abs. Striptease Aerobics uses chair dance and other popular dance and fitness techniques to give you a great workout while having fun. We recommend that you wear something that makes you feel sexy but allows you to work out comfortably  likr shorts or yoga pants, tops that can be layered for easy removal (a T-shirt/men’s shirt over a fitted tank or sports bra). You can go barefoot or bring a sexy pair of heels. Please note that there is absolutely NO NUDITY in this class. Our classes are for WOMEN ONLY and we ensure that all of our participants are provided with a class atmosphere that is respectable and safe.  18 yrs +

Alter Ego! 
 
We all have one - now it's time to let her out of the bag!! Get your wigs, stilettos, bodysuits and stage names together ladies!  This class allows you to be whoever you want to be.  Create your own routine or Pole Dance freestyle, which ever you choose; the spot light will definitely be on you!!  18 yrs + 
Class: 90 minutes This is the graduation ceremony for monthly package members.  There is NO tuition for this class!
 
The Quickie!
 
The Quickie is a 30-minute workout geared towards women who are crunched for time but need to fit in a calorie-burning session. The Quickie is an intense workout that quickly gets the heart rate up and gets you sweating through an aerobic workout that specifically targets the butt, thighs, and abs.
